📢 Code:Re-farm will be at the 75th EAAP Annual Meeting

The 75th annual meeting of the European Association for Animal Production (EAAP) will be held in Florence, Italy, from September 1st to September 5th, 2024 with the overarching theme of “Global quality: environment, animals, food”. Throughout the event, a diverse array of sessions will be meticulously curated and jointly organized by the eleven EAAP Study Commissions. These sessions will serve as dynamic platforms for experts, researchers, and practitioners to delve into various realms of animal science, spanning disciplines such as genetics, nutrition, physiology, animal health and welfare, precision livestock farming, and more. Code:Re-farm will co-lead the session Global quality of animal products in 2024: stakeholders’ perceptions, desires, and priorities in a changing world” alongside sister project Intaqt.

The congress will not only serve as a forum for sharing knowledge and expertise but also as a catalyst for interdisciplinary collaboration and innovation. Attendees will have the opportunity to exchange ideas, forge partnerships, and collectively chart the course towards achieving global standards of excellence in environmental stewardship, animal welfare, and food production.
