This video is a demonstration of the second version of the Consumer App developed within Code: Re-farm. This user-friendly mobile application aims at bridging gaps between the consumer and the origin of products they use, by creating an interactive link between the consumer and the rest of the value chain. This chain covers the entire farm to fork path, helping the consumers be more informed about their choices. Additional to the nutritional value of a product, the farm conditions, information about the processing activities, in the App you can find suggestions on how to cook and consume the products. Finally, consumers can submit feedback and share their recipes through the App!
